Mobile sessions are available upon request within a 10-mile radius. A standard travel fee of £15 applies, reduced to £10 for locations within 5 miles of the studio. Please mention at the time of booking if you would like to arrange a mobile appointment.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is an incredible form of complimentary therapy that maps the body onto the feet. It is based on the belief that specific points on the feet correspond to various organs and systems within the body. By targeting specific reflex zones on the feet and applying pressure with our hands, we are able to promote relaxation and restore balance throughout the body.
